Great software paired especially good customer service

I love how easy it is to use and how well it syncs with the phone app. I have a hard time with appointments and this has helped me tremendously. The interface is easy to use. I wish there was a way to have more time slots open in the appointment window. I also wish there were more options in the scheduling window. I have been able to schedule appointments with ease. I also love how it syncs with my phone. It is easy to use for scheduling and tracking patient visits. The interface could be more

  • Easy access from mobile device.
  • Good reminder system (although not always accurate)
  • Synced schedules between devices easily
  • Great customer service! Very helpful staff who respond quickly if any issues arise during usage; great follow up after purchase too, very professional experience overall :)
Cons
  • Somewhat limited choices available within software
  • Interface somewhat unintuitive at times

A very useful platform and great alternative way in communicating

I like that it can have me schedule meetings with my colleagues at any time they are available online or offline so we do not need to wait for certain hours of our office working day as well which saves us lots of money! The user interface is complicated - sometimes you cannot figure out what some options mean even after repeated attempts- but once figured things get easier again.- Sometimes if there's no wifi connection (as happens frequently when travelling) then scheduling meeting takesโ€ฆ

  • No more searching through inbox emails,
  • Ease accessing patient files using mobile device during home visitations ,etc.(mobile friendly)
  • Quickly find patients who qualify before making phone calls
