I didn't know what to expect from this device because I had never heard of this brand before. However, I was very pleased with its performance. Assembly was easy, I installed it and put out the water in 10 minutes. Although all parts of the device are made of plastic, at first glance one might think that it is a more expensive brand. I have had no issues with leaking or bad tasting water. If I had one complaint it would be that there is no indicator to let you know when the filter needs to be replaced. I tend to do this even if I have the indicator, so it didn't really matter to me. Overall I would definitely recommend this to someone who wants clean, fresh tasting water instead of the chemicals they add to our drinking water these days.
