This is my favorite pattern for workout leggings. It doesn't show any bumps or lumps, nor does it show any sweat marks. The ankle fits at the ankle and doesn't gape like some leggings tend to do. This is really high quality at a very decent price. I don't do squats, but it would pass the squat test, b/c you cannot see through these. The pattern doesn't run on the inside; however, if you stretch the material you cannot see through it. Machine wash and dry perfectly. I'm 5/8, 155 +/- and the medium fit perfectly.
