Great idea. It would just be a lot better if the plastic was a little thicker. The latches on the sides of each section are flimsy, so you need to be careful when opening them. I would not advise letting a child do this or they will definitely come off. I like the variety when you can make fans of any size. But even if the sliders don't go all the way down, you need to keep tapping them to be sure. Small things are more likely to slide down. They go perfectly with FUSE PERLER beads which is why I bought them. Now I've found I need another section or two and this article is not available. So now I'm trying to find the same size to see if they work.
