I am very satisfied with this small device. I have pretty basic needs (I'm not a gamer or a tech snob) and it fills them perfectly. The device was packaged well and arrived in excellent condition. Worked well right out of the box. It took less than fifteen minutes to unbox, connect a monitor and keyboard, and download. It's very quiet and doesn't overheat. The device itself is well designed and the mechanics did a great job. You might want to replace the wired keyboard and mouse that came with the device, but they will get the job done. Overall a good, reliable little computer that is good value for money. Did I mention that it loads REALLY fast?
