Review on 🌞 Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen SPF 17: Your Ultimate Protection from Harmful UV Rays by Sarah Cannella

My skin burned TWICE using this supposedly SPF 40 sunscreen. The first time I realized I was in the sun too long, but after the second time I realized that this is the case NO sunscreen. SPF 40. Just before I went shopping I applied a heavy layer of Unseen sunscreen to my face, neck and shoulders. I was in and out of shops and shaded sidewalks for 1.5 hours and my face and shoulders were burning (see photo). There is a clear line where my sleeveless top, which I only wore when I went shopping, ended. My regular lotion with SPF 15 offers better sun protection than this one. I am beyond disappointed as the texture of this lotion is phenomenal. If it worked, I'd shell out the money to use on my face, neck, and shoulders all summer long. I also wrote directly to the company regarding this SPF issue and they responded within an hour asking for more information (like quantity #) which means they care about the quality of their product. I hope my sun protection factor turned out to be an accident for you.
