Fits my Costco Shark UV650 model
The product looks the same as the OEM part but the HEPA screen is not the same fiber type as the OEM. The same applies to the foam insert at the bottom of the foam filter. I gave it 4 stars because I'm not sure how well the foam will hold up to multiple washes to clean it and how well the HEPA filters the air like the original OEM. Can update the rating or downgrade accordingly. Didn't see it on Revain, Shark OEM parts for sale.
