I like that it's easy to use - just plug in all of your products into an excel spreadsheet with drop down menus so you don't have to remember everything! It doesn't track inventory very well which can be frustrating if there are issues or discrepancies between what was ordered vs received (which happens frequently).

Also when something goes missing from stock we often get no notification at all until someone calls us about their order being late because they couldn’t find some product online somewhere else but then realized too late that our item had been discontinued by Amazon. We're trying out other systems as replacements while this one gets fixed up & improved upon over here though nothing yet has completely replaced this software since its ease-of-use makes things run smoothly without having to spend hours every day doing data entry work manually.
