I like that it's easy to use with our current software; we can integrate quickly without having too much trouble! Our staff loves this program because they have been able to do so many things in very little amount of training required - which saved us months worth of work when building out new programs from scratch!! I like that it has an open platform so we can add modules to customize our software as needed without having too much of a learning curve! It's easy enough with minimal training but also not overly complicated if you know what features are available already built in (it does have alot). This software has helped us to improve our inventory accuracy as well as help reduce costs by using bar code scanning instead of manual entry of stock information. We have not found anything that we dislike about this program so far. I would recommend any business looking into purchasing this software should look at all the different features available and how they can best fit their needs. I like that it's easy to use - just plug in all of your products into an excel spreadsheet with drop down menus so you don't have to remember everything! It doesn't track inventory very well which can be frustrating if there are issues or discrepancies between what was ordered vs received (which happens frequently). Also when something goes missing from stock we often get no notification at all until someone calls us about their order being late because they couldn’t find some product online…
