It's great. I first glued it to one end of the couch with the sticky end facing the trainer. Our kitten stopped scratching immediately. He tried playing with pegs but they were twisted pegs they couldn't move so he finally gave them up. Then I put one in the corner sticky side up and the kitten started to urinate from time to time. The twisted pins held the sheet securely in place, and the stickiness prevented the kitten from crawling into the corner where it changed to the bedding. A win on both counts, great product.
