Our phones have been made working again
Our home phones are so worn out that when you take them out of the charger to answer a call the call is lost as the battery dies instantly. Insert those suction cups and voila. Everything works fine again. It's worth noting that nickel-cadmium batteries generally don't perform well when left on a charger. So I'm trying to make it a habit now to only charge my phones when they need to.
