I ordered 2 pairs of tall boots for me and my son. The boots are true to size, but at the heels they turn outwards and roll inwards. Solo are very hard slippers and the boots are heavy. I gave the pair back to my sons. I kept mine as I use arch supports and they balance out some of the internal roll. If we weren't in the middle of snowstorms, I'd get mine back too. On the plus side, they are true to size, warm, and easy to put on and take off. Perhaps the role mfg. Malfunction . If you put your boots together and look at them from the back, you can actually see the ankles tipping inward.
