Works great on diet and sports nutrition

After reading the reviews I doubted this product would work. But it is so. I'm in my 50's and it works wonders. The only downside is some insomnia and irritability, so I take it once or twice a week. Stamina has improved and the energy is definitely there. Sometimes I take it with maca root.
