I ordered this bag with the expectation that the zippers would be on the left as in the photo. Not correct. Lightning is actually on the right. It's awful because if you pull the bag to the left to open it, all your stuff falls out! You can't put it on the other shoulder because of the bottom strap. Serious design error and I feel like they intentionally made the photo look different than the real bag because they knew they made a mistake in the stitching.
