I received my Listerine Nightly Reset order on February 15th. A few days ago I finally opened the package and as I was about to remove the seal around the bottle cap I squeezed the bottle and saw foam coming out of the top of the cap. After examining the top part of the lid, I noticed a cut (I didn't notice until an incident happened). As more than a month has passed, it seems that returning an unopened item is not possible. I have placed many orders for the same product and have never had a problem. I will continue to place orders for the same item but ask the person packing the item to squeeze the bottle to make sure everything is ok. YOU.
