It's okay to buy a refurbished one.
I bought this Chromebook for several reasons. I wanted to see if it was well renovated and I'm a big Chromebook fan. Arrived quickly, poorly packaged, no instructions. I ended up buying a refurbished one. I can say that I'm only holding back that the battery should be at least 80 percent, which I find hard to believe. I've bought other HP laptops brand new and they didn't even last a year.
