I am so disappointed in this plug. As soon as I plug headphones in, there is a humming noise. I use this while running so the ambient noise is enough to drown out the hum, but otherwise it would be terrible. The worst thing for me is that the connection keeps dropping during my workout. Even if I unplug and fiddle with cables, it often doesn't work until the next day. Sometimes I get an error message on my phone saying the accessory is not supported. But other times it works fine. But it keeps buzzing and the connection is completely unreliable. After a little over two months of almost daily use, it fell apart. Just broken in half. I had to throw it away.
