Not for high torque
The screw is too long and does not allow the wrench to sit firmly on the nut. Thus, in high torque situations, the torque arm is split into a portion in the direction of rotation and a portion perpendicular to the desired rotation. I've found that a pair of allen wrenches in a vise is more effective.
