Use this to connect a headset and microphone hole.

Used to connect a headset and microphone to a PC (on the front of the case, but can also be used on the back where the motherboard is). Then I can connect normal headphones to it. I can't say anything about the quality of the microphone and sound, I don't have anything to compare, but it works. The splitter cable seems to be of good quality so I think it will last a long time despite being attached to my front panel.
