Check Pinout! I bought this for a 2013 Cadillac Escalade accelerator pedal position sensor for an LS replacement I'm making and although the wires (purple, ltblu, tan, whtblk, dkblu brn) were on the same line, that was the one I bought wired exactly backwards or flipped. (maybe for another car model?). At first it seemed like I could just plug the jack in, but after a few weeks of troubleshooting I searched and found a GM pinout for the plug to the pedal. I just repinned the connector and it worked. Otherwise a great connector, well constructed and sealed.
