Since I installed this on my front porch and back yard, I've gotten 'friendly' visits from two of my neighbors. Neither of them were happy about the enormous amount of light these project. I'm not exaggerating, these are ridiculously bright, but that's why I bought them. We had some crime in the area and I wanted to upgrade the lighting.They were easy to install in the location of a older, dimmer light. They wired right up and mounted easily. They're pretty adjustable (to the delight of my neighbors).I don't know how long these will last, but they felt pretty sturdy when I installed them. I put a bead of silicon sealant around the base, so hopefully that'll help.Overall, I'm happy with these, even if my neighbors aren't. Anyone looking to lurk in the shadows simply won't find any in my yard anymore.
