This is a great everyday tie clip. I have to wear a suit to work every day and this tie clip best suits my needs. If you are looking for casual wear, this really works perfectly. I would say it's not the most fashionable, but still pretty good. It's very simple and classy. It opens very easily with little pressure and stays in place once snapped into place. It does not slip or pull on the tie, so it will not damage the tie or shirt when wearing it. The clip is well made, not easy to scratch. Overall, this is a good everyday clip, but I wouldn't say it's great for special occasions.
