    Great item - got a lot of compliments!

    As a pastor, I recently conducted a memorial service for a woman who loved butterflies. I ordered this tie bar to wear for the occasion. He arrived on time. It was well done. During the service I learned that one of the guests had a terminally ill wife. She herself loved butterflies. I gave the clasp to this gentleman in honor of his wife's love of butterflies. Great article. Does what it should. It wasn't big enough to be a distraction, but it was noticed.

    Heavy design, excellent quality

    I bought this for my husband because his tie was always crooked in church and he is a true fisherman. He loves it so much and wears it every Sunday! The quality is heavy, not cheap at all. Ideal!

    DO NOT BUY THIS in my opinion

    DO NOT BUY. Extremely cheaply made junk. Comes in such loose packaging that the clasp does not hold the tie. Follow the instructions on the Amazon product page to tighten the clasp. I squeezed very gently to feel it and the clasp immediately detached from the back. On examination it appears that it was barely attached at all, in a gap about a micron deep.

    Excellent in my opinion

    What a find. This fishhook tie clip is very stylish, eye-catching and makes a great original gift for anyone who loves fishing. There are more designs to choose from, you're spoiled for choice. Some come in a bag, others in a box. This tie pin came in a bag.

    Poor quality: my rating

    Very cheap quality. Came with a severely curved rear clip. I tried to gently bend it back into place and everything fell apart. I sent it back for a refund. The money was refunded quickly so it's nice.

    Looks cool, but it's nonsense

    The tie clip certainly looks unique, but the quality is disgusting. It is very loose and arrived with a gap of about 3/16 inch. Unless your ties and shirts are very (very) thick, this clip will often come loose and slip off. Don't waste money.

    If I could give zero stars I would. My son wore it to prom less than 2 hours and the screw broke off and it fell off somewhere. We couldn't find it anywhere on the school floor. Very badly done. I paid 15.00 for nothing.
