My baby is growing fast enough that cheap shoes will outgrow them over time - unfortunately that can't be the case here: on the SECOND day of wearing, the coating on the toe/tip area is white is already worn out. (Of course he ran around the playground and probably scratched the concrete somewhere, but that's hardly surprising with children's shoes.) Otherwise they seem quite durable, don't feel cheap, the soles feel quite dense and hard. Toddlers love them and find them comfortable, but if you're looking for something that looks presentable for more than five minutes I wouldn't recommend them.
