Review on WOWGO Portable Handheld Fan Rechargeable by Juan Anderson

I live in 113 degrees during the day and I wanted this fan in the car because the air conditioning doesn't come on fast enough to keep me from sweating all day, when I drive to work. The fan is light enough that you can put it in your work bag or just in your car. However, when the air comes out of the fan, it's warm air, not cold air. Also, the airflow isn't much airflow, so it doesn't help much in the type of heat I'm experiencing.
