The product itself works really well. It's simple to use and easily wipes away dirt. However, the sprayer broke during first use. It would've been nice if it came with a second sprayer since the quality isn't very good. I'll need to find a new sprayer that fits the bottle in order to replace it so that we can use it again. It would be 5 stars if the sprayer hadn't broken on us immediately. I wish there was a way to contact the seller to see about getting a new sprayer.

Decent enough cleaner, but it came wrapped up in plastic and the cleaning liquid was pouring out. I opened the plastic wrap. It had more wrap around the two bottles, and than more wrap.The cleaner was everywhere. I am guessing they assumed that much plastic would prevent leaks. But no it made it 10x worse.Looks like a manufacturer defect on the bottles and seals. So be warned, yours may come leaking too.Other than that problem the cleaner is ok. I will go with a different brand in the future…

I don't recall which product this replaced but it works amazingly well. Minimal streaking that needs a second pass/wipe and not much of a film on the stainless steel. Yes, it'll leave a film on the floor that'll send you flying through the air if you don't clean it up.

I bought this 6 months ago when I purchased a new grill. My old grill looked pretty decrepit even under a cover, sitting outside for numerous Chicago winters and rainstorms. The package appears fine, and did not leak to the outside, but the inside of the bag was wet with product and the inner bags were dripping with product from bad seals. One of the plastic straws was loose, and I assume it could be re-inserted. Turns out that it was broken off.After cleaning everything, I prepared to use it, and found that the one sprayer that appeared to be good, was only good for one spray. This liquid bottle (Plastic) Comes with a cap for sealing along with a Typical sprayer. Remover the cap (Keeps it from evaporation) insert the sprayer portion. Spray, Clean, polish. Remover sprayer at end, replace cap, put away. Works great. Nice touch, sprayer & cap for maximum efficiency.

I could not believe how easy it was to get the like-new look of my grill. The process was also quick to do. I think twice a month will be often enough depending on weather conditions.

I bought a built in BBQ about a year ago and never bothered to clean it. I went around looking for a great cleaner and came across this one. I decided to buy it based on other reviews I read and I've got to say, it's pretty good stuff. It cleaned my grill up nicely and required very little effort on my part. Pretty much just spray and wipe it off. I wish I would've bought this sooner. I think my grill would look even better!

I really like this product but it is very hard to use since it arrived with a broken sprayer. I had to swap out a sprayer from a window cleaning bottle but it doesn't work very well. I wound up pouring the cleaner onto a cloth and wiping it on. The cleaner works great. The sprayer, not at all.

it may make your stainless shiny and oily but it definitely does not do anything to clean it. don't buy this if you are trying to clean your stainless steel.

We have been using this product for a number of years, so good we keep extras so we never run out. It is so easy to use and gets great results! That alone is worth five stars. Product doesn't clean as much as it adds a layer of mineral oil-ish spray that you wipe around and your grill looks shiny. There were several spots that I attempted to clean and I ended up having to use something else to clean off the debris and then spray again with this product to get that oily sheen. Love the product, hate the spray bottle. I had to go buy another spray bottle to put the product into because it literally jammed the first time I used it. I think I got one or two sprays max before the spring crapped out. Product was awesome though. Invest in a better quality spray head please!

This works very well on the stainless in my kitchen. There is a lot less streaking and, less work to do. The solution may be messy and difficult to clean up.

Very little elbow grease needed.I used paper towels to clean our grill, then buffed with a microfiber cloth. Grill looks fantastic!

Fantastic product! I use it to clean and protect my new stainless steel outdoor propane grill. It removes most of the grilling residue, cleans and polishes stainless steel, while leaving a protective coating behind that is not greasy, doesn't streak and most of all doesn't show fingerprints! I highly recommend this product!

Great stuff for cleaning/protecting stainless steel grills and appliances, but the sprayer is junk. It broke within 5 minutes of my first use. Be prepared to replace the sprayer.

I love this stuff. My old stainless is nowhere to be found, so I have been looking for a while. I clean vacation rentals for a living and I do not have time to buff out everything in the kitchen at every clean. This stuff is a lifesaver! just wipes on and it shines anything up. Stainless toaster, stove, fridge, microwave. No need to spend 20 minutes buffing it out. Great on grill too.😁
