When I wanted to change the strap and loosen the screws, I couldn't replace the strap. We tried this tool and every screwdriver we had and the screws didn't move. In the end we thought the screws were broken so we took the watch, interchangeable straps and instrument to the jewelry doctor. And they had to sharpen the tip of the tool because they were too long and the teeth were too narrow. So I was disappointed that I couldn't replace the groups when they arrived. The screws are also missing. Tool on the right in the picture.
