Review on Halloween Decoration Hanging Holiday Decorations by Kristin Rogness

I bought this for $12 and I don't want to pay more. Dimensions are not exactly the same as in the photo. Yes, it is approximately 25 inches long (top to bottom), but the width listed for width is NOT 30 inches. As shown in my photo, there is only about 16 inches from the top of one "arm" to the top of the other (both arms straight out). I suppose they're trying to say it's 30 inches if you stretch the material, but who is doing it and why should you? They're definitely smaller than I expected, but for $12 they'll probably do.
