The simplicity of the platform makes it easy for us to build complex relationships with our clients. It's also very intuitive once you get used to its flow. I'd have liked more customisation options (like different types of reports), but that may be their pricing or user experience decisions. We're solving a problem we don't want to solve ourselves - managing relationship management across many partners simultaneously. With this system, we do not need to spend time searching through multiple platforms. As well as tracking client activity, customers are able to interact with each other in real-time via chat functions which can be quite useful when talking things over! A quick way for companies to manage their relationships both internally and externally.
