Strong but Hard: Wellness & Relaxation

This was recommended to me by a therapist for sciatica. I like its strength and different massage settings. It works well for getting deep into my muscles. My only complaint would be that the weight is very unbalanced. The handle is very long for the weight at the end of the massage. It's difficult to carry by the handle unless you're reaching for your head to massage your back. I need it more for my quads, hamstrings and lower back so I have to keep it around the controls to avoid injuring my wrist. All in all it's worth it!
