HDMI works fine but no wobble USB for Logitech mouse/keyboard

It's plug and play so easy to use. The HDMI worked fine, but when I plugged in a Logitech USB with a keyboard and mouse gimbal, the mouse pointer had a lot of latency and couldn't be used. I have this hub for HDMI and USB connection so I'm very disappointed. I asked if this was a defect and the support team replied that another customer had a similar problem and wrapped the product in foil to solve the problem. The foil didn't work for me and I wouldn't like it to work that way either. If they needed to block a signal, that's how they should have built the product. I would not recommend this product.
