Cute portable fans for Disney. They blow a lot of air but are a bit noisy as you can hear in my video. I ordered 2 packs and they came with a ring holder to attach to the back. Along with a USB charging cable. They are thin and compact. The only downside is that they don't have a neck strap. Maybe you could add a strap to each ear. Or make one on each side. However, they are perfect for kids at Disneyland and inexpensive.
