Best product! My mother-in-law's dogs have been peeing in her yard for 12 years and he has never sprayed anything. The smell is SO STRONG! Then she laid cobblestones that covered half of the yard. And the new puppy pisses on her right in front of the dog door. This contributed to the already strong smell of dog urine. After reading all the reviews I decided to buy this sprayer and get to work. I soaked the areas first with a hose, then poured the solution into a spray bottle (SLIGHTLY diluted with water), then soaked the areas on the pavers and sides of the house next to the pavers, took an old broom and scraped it into the pavers. Working in batches, I made sure to go back to the areas I'd done previously and spray them with a hose to make sure they stayed damp. You want it to stay wet for as long as possible so the product has enough time to work before it dries out. While in southern Arizona I had to do this at night, even in January. The next day I opened the door and NOTHING! It smelled like fresh air! If you use it correctly, it will work. 12 years of urine smell gone! Keep this stocked and you'll find it easy to freshen up your garden when the need arises.
