The bracelet is exactly what I expected and the description fits perfectly. I did not purchase this for arthritis relief although it would be a bonus if it worked, I just love Baltic amber. Make sure you know your wrist size because the 7" is true, which again I wanted. The real downside that makes me nervous is the band. This is a plastic/rubber band that can break over time and possibly breaks.The beads are not individually connected so if they break the beads will fly everywhere.As horrific as it sounds, if it ever breaks on me I'll probably tie it with heavy duty fishing line as it's more durable and tie it between each bead and fasten a clasp to it.
