Review on TrackStar Skills Tracker by Ron Coleman

I love that it is an easy way to keep track of skills needed by employees in our organization. It helps us with hiring decisions as well. There are some features we would like but this tool does what its designed too do very effectively. This program has helped me organize my job responsibilities better than ever before. The benefits far outweigh any downsides. We have used other programs at past companies which were not effective or user friendly so when looking into new tools this was one of them. Tracking employee skill sets makes sure everyone knows their strengths/weaknesses and can utilize those areas best suited towards success within the team they work alongside.
