Looks durable but goes everywhere

I figured if I threw it away I should have thought of it again. But it bounces off the ceiling and flies around the room until it gets stuck somewhere. But my grandchildren and my dogs like to chase him. I'll have to play with it a bit more to see if I can get more control. Actually no instructions.
