Best way i've found in past 7 years!!

The ability for me as an Account Executive, to have my own personal dashboard that allows us to see our opportunities/opportunity pipeline by opportunity status (Open or Won), stage of lead life cycle etc., at any given time. As I am working across multiple accounts this helps keep track of where we are relative to each account's overall goals. This has made it easier than ever before to stay on top of all projects within one day! Not much dislikes so far but would like more options when creating campaigns vs just standard list view. Would love if there were better customisation available via reports which could be used internally too. Keep up your great product - its really easy to use once you know how to navigate through some of the features! We're using predictive response primarily because it makes tracking progress against individual clients' business needs super.
