Good for sensitive skin but on the stickier side
This toner is definitely on the stickier side. After I put it on, it doesn't have that feeling where it is fully absorbed and smooth. It is, however, good for sensitive skin as it does not irritate my skin and is not drying. The toner itself is very thin and has a water consistency. As a first step in my skin care routine, it does a decent job.
