Once bought micro sheets by mistake, I'm a cotton girl. The sheets were uncomfortable and now I had my prejudices against microfiber. Pure cotton is no longer affordable and the prices of most goods have skyrocketed. My old bedspread was cotton and could no longer support its weight. I bought a micro spread. Read reviews of many microfiber bedspreads. Chose this one because they said it doesn't run over colors / light / soft / big enough to hang down the sides. WOW. That's wonderful ! Super soft, not fake, hangs well on the sides. Washed, the color did not spread, snow-white on one side and bright flowers on the other. It's light weight making it easy to bed arthritis sufferers and the price was great. Win, win.
