We have had this rope since July 2020 (15 months). It's hanging on a tree in our garden. Yesterday when my son climbed it, the rope at the top broke under the black plastic sheeting covering the crossing. Luckily it was only about 5 meters tall and unscathed, but this rope shouldn't be advertised for outdoor use. This is a good climbing rope and should be good indoors but not outdoors. UPDATE: After posting this review, the seller has supplied a replacement but continues to advertise it for outdoor use. They suggested taking it off after outdoor use and storing it in a dry place. I asked them to clarify in "About this item" that it should be kept dry when installed outdoors and they said they would "improve their list later". The buyer must be aware that he must stay dry.
