It’s has very good instructions on how to put together. Also it’s been built to last. All the joints have been welded very nicely and since kids will be riding it I couldn’t of asked for a studier quality scooter. Kids dish out a lot of abuse to toys so I’m not worried. Got this for my daughter for Christmas. She's turning 8. I haven't let her ride it yet as its supposed to be a surprise. I opened it and assembled it, I feel it was very easy to put together. I charged it for 5 hours as it said to, then I tested it out. It works great, for me as an adult. It took a bit to get used to how to make it go faster but I enjoyed it. I am however a bit worked she will have trouble controlling it. I am hoping that she will practice and do well with it.

It weights about 10 lbs. It is a little heavy for me to carry up or down two floor levels everyday. But, it is so much fun to use it outside. Even though it says for kids 6-12, a petite adult can ride it too. It takes about 5 hour for it to charge fully. This is a really nice scooter. It is not going to win any speed awards, but I do not think that was the products goal. The speed is roughly 7mph which varies slightly depending on the weight of the rider. 7 MPH is perfect for my kids and if they fall off I do not have to worry about them or plan funerals. This scooter is extremely easy to use. My son had to get use to riding it but now he is super confident with it. I love the led colors and the fast charge I wish the base was a little wider but it's actually a great scooter highly recommend you won't regret it especially if you don't want to walk to your nearest convenience store maybe the school is close enough to ride to.
