Poor Performance - Juicer Parts & Accessories

The blades seemed quite hard on arrival. I figured with some use it would loosen up and spin more freely. Not this case. After about a month of use, the rubber lining on the underside began to wear out as it could no longer keep up with the speed of the engine. I need to buy one more now before it destroys my base.
