Very comfortable to start with. I might honestly use them for floors in the future when I'm not riding my bike. I've had Alpinestars bionic knee pads before and can't compare them to anything. I can wear them under almost any outfit and they are very comfortable. They stay in place when I'm walking easily and they move when my leg is almost fully bent, which is pretty impressive. It looks like the area protecting the knee is a nice hard cup. So when pressure is applied, your knee gets a nice little support for it! The build quality is excellent for the price and the dimensions are accurate in my opinion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good, comfortable protection for their knees and shins.
