These are either sweating for some reason or they came with a broken one. I opened the plastic bag they came in. I climbed in and they were covered in something slimy. I thought maybe they got sweaty on the way so I put the whole bag in the freezer. Now they're just a giant block of junk. I'll throw them away next garbage day. Try Ice Brix, also available from Revain. I bought a slightly smaller box. It is great. I have some in the freezer and some will be saved for later. They're a great size because you can wear them around things, they don't sweat and stay frozen for a long time.
