Exactly what is advertised. I think this is a good product for the price.
Look folks, that's a VERY cheap shop chair. It will not be heavy duty, durable or hard wearing. This chair is designed for everyday use. If you understand this and see it for what it is, it is exactly what it claims to be. I can't bring it down I didn't pay $100 for it so I shouldn't expect a $100 chair. I want people to rate this as the cheapest way to get a shop chair in their garage. ADVANTAGES: Extremely inexpensive. cushions when you sit on them. Good ride and seat height options. Pretty comfortable and well shaped. CONS: I wish the rear bars were stronger, but then again. You get what you pay for. I wish they had some locks but then again the price? toss a little and keep the screws tight. Don't overtighten them.
