Review on BalanceFrom Digital Bathroom Technology Backlight by Jon Conner

I received my scale four days ago and the numbers are not showing correctly. 0.0 is displayed as CC. I changed the batteries but the scale still doesn't work. So I spent two days calling the company's customer service but no one answered and their voicemail was full. In addition, the company has included a "special offer" with a scale: if you write them a 5-star review, you will receive a free gift. I then emailed customer service explaining that the scale was not working and I received an automated email asking me to add a link to my review and a gift would be sent to me ! No help. Even their web support page is down.
