I was wrong not realizing it was boys when I bought it. My son wears small men's clothes, so I figured the medium would give him the opportunity to grow on that. But at least it fits him, albeit a little tight. Sewn decently, no problems with seams or seams, good quality material. It's comfortable against the skin, there's no flapping label at the back of the neck, although there is a sewn one. There's also the usual loose label at the bottom of the page for care instructions, so it can be annoying if the person is sensitive to such things.
