Easy way creating organisation chart and other documents
I have been using this product for about 2 months now (as an employee) in order to create my own organization charts as well as being able to share them within our team via email or Slack channels/groups etc..
It's very easy once you get used it but there are some things we would like improved such as adding photos instead of just text boxes which can be difficult at times when trying to find what someone looks likes! We also had problems initially getting people who were not part of your org structure added into emails so they could see their position - however after contacting support these issues has since resolved itself :) Great tool if you're looking for something simple yet effective!! Creating internal structures & sharing information between employees quickly without having to use multiple tools / applications across different platforms.
- The ease with creating organisation schemes
- Ability To add other users from outside teams easily onto documents, groups ect.
- Can do more complex organisational diagrams than excel sheets ever thought possible!!!
- Occasionally glitches where certain functions aren't working properly
