I've had many different car radios. This is by far the best of all. The best is in the detail. It doesn't look that far from what another manufacturer has to offer, but in practice it's smarter, smoother and more comfortable. Example: My previous Kenwood radio didn't recognize CD track names, but this one does; my Kenwood paired with my old Nokia phone as a default pairing device, this paired with my phone as a car kit; etc. The interface is slick and easier to navigate than most, and the animations are really useful. Finally, and most importantly, while there aren't many sound settings (but actually enough for most), the sound quality is excellent: detailed, spacious, and never oversaturated in the high frequencies (unlike Kenwood). Very impressive content for the price. Better sound quality (assuming you have the right speakers (I recommend Focal)). ONE PROBLEM: The number of characters on the screen is limited, and song titles are often truncated.
