This is a highly comfortable, adjustable bra. The description says it has a 2-position hook closure. Mine actually has three. This allows you to adjust the top and bottom for different tightness. I purchased this post surgery and used the widest position at the start. Then began tightening as needed. The description says the straps are thin. They are more like medium in my mind. My previous bras all had thinner straps. They are not unlimited in their adjustment. I have mine as tight as they will go and could stand for having them 1/2-3/4" more. The only unfortunate thing about this bra is that if you need a prosthesis, it will not stay in place. I've had it move all over the place, including falling out. Perhaps they will make a pocketed version in the future.
